Whether you are new to the Rochester, New York area or moving from the next district over, we want to make the registration process as easy as possible. Let’s get started!
Registration in Brighton is a two-part process, starting with district registration, and continuing with school enrollment.
To Register with the District, please follow these steps and click on the appropriate icon below.
Collect all required age and residence proof: Click on the link for accepted documentation.
Click on this link to start registering, using either our online registration system or a downloadable form.
If using our online system, please complete the Residency Statement. This form is downloadable and fillable. Just save to your computer, fill it out, save again, and email it to the District Registrar. The Residency Statement is available at this link.
Kindergarten registration for Fall 2024-25 begins in January, starting with District Registration as described above. Please click on the link for a timeline of the process.
Once your child is registered with the district, you'll receive school enrollment forms which comprise the second part of the registration process. Please click on the link for more information.
The Town of Brighton covers six different school districts. Please make sure your address is in the Brighton Central School District by clicking on this link.
