Paperwork Burden Reduction Act
Effective December 11, 2024, Congress passed the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act, Employers are no longer required to send employees a Form 1095-B or 1095-C, unless the employee requests a copy of the applicable form.
You can request a copy of your 1095-C form by contacting the Business Office at 585-242-5200 xt. 5513 or email: payroll_benefits@bcsd.org. The forms are also available online at WincapWeb.
