- Bi-weekly and then BSC collects feedback from all teachers regarding progress (academic, attendance, behavior, work completion etc.)
- Bi-weekly at BST
- *Guardian is contacted regarding schedule changes and added support

- May result in any of the following: monitor progress, schedule changes, implement academic/behavior plan, add Help Rooms, BSC referral, referral for testing (revisit and collect data from teachers after 2 weeks of implementing strategies/changes)
