Day Care Info for BCSD and Non-Public Schools Transportation 

The Brighton School District can provide transportation to and from day care programs located within the school district. Transportation is not provided for children in day care centers located in those parts of Brighton that are not within the Brighton School District. For the safety of our children, our buses will not transport children to meet parents at a closed day care center.

A parent who requests transportation for day care to and from public schools must make a written request for such transportation no later than May 15 for Council Rock grades 1-2, French Rd grades 3-5 and for incoming Council Rock Kindergarten July 15. For Non-Public Schools the deadline is April 1. TRANSPORTATION ARRANGEMENTS FOR REQUESTS SUBMITTED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE MADE AS SOON AFTER THE START OF SCHOOL AS POSSIBLE. Forms are available at Council Rock Primary School, French Road Elementary School, on line, and the transportation office at the Administration Building at 2035 Monroe Ave.
