Use of School Facilities

 

The Brighton Central School District is now accepting facility use requests through Incident IQ Events, Incident IQ | Remote Support Ticket. You can enroll online and enter requests for after-hours usage.

Please be aware that school events always take precedence. In the event that your request needs to be moved, you will be notified by the District/Building Representative.

This request is to be completed by any group that wishes to use BCSD facilities. Please submit your request at least 30 days in advance. Last minute requests might not be able to be accommodated.

The Agreement and Guidelines for Use of Facilities and the Agreement of Insurance Requirements for Use of Facilities must be read, signed, and returned either via upload to Incident IQ or mailed to District Office, 2035 Monroe Ave, Rochester, NY 14618.

Please note:

  • Complete all questions related to use of facility on Incident IQ. This includes entering a description of your event and any specific maintenance needs you may have.
  • Your request will be routed through an approval process. Your reservation is not secured until the request has been approved. You will receive email updates from Incident IQ. The approval process will be delayed if your Agreements and insurance documents are incomplete or out of date.
  • Due to ongoing construction and building improvements, schedules already approved are subject to change or cancellation.
  • If the District announces school closings, or cancellation of after-school activities, it also applies to your event.
