Welcome! Brighton Community Education provides high-quality learning opportunities to residents of the Brighton Central School District and surrounding areas by offering after-school and evening classes in the following categories: 

  • Adult Community Education
  • K-12 Student Enrichment Classes
  • K-12 Youth Sports Camps and Clinics
  • NYS Driver Education Program
  • Ed2Go Online Classes 

The office is open Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. during the school year and Monday, Tuesday, and Friday in July and August. Our registration process is designed to be convenient for you. You can sign up for a class and pay quickly on the District’s registration website (click here to go to the website now). If you prefer to pay with a check, you may mail a form and payment to Brighton Central Schools Community Education, 2035 Monroe Avenue, Rochester, NY 14618. A form can be found in the catalog on this page. Walk-in registrations are accepted at the Administration Building reception desk on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you prefer to pay with a check, you may mail a form and payment to Brighton Central Schools Community Education, 2035 Monroe Avenue, Rochester, NY 14618. A form can be printed from the file at the bottom of this page. Walk-in registrations are accepted at the Administration Building reception desk on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. We strongly advise early registration as our classes are in high demand and fill quickly!

    Become a Community Education Instructor!


    Do you have a talent, interest, or skill that you would like to share with our community?

    We are always looking for new instructors!

     

    To be considered, please complete a Class Proposal Form and an Instructor Application and submit them to the Director of Community Education. They are located at the bottom of this page. All submissions are kept on file and reviewed annually. Community Education will contact you if an interview is desired. Thank you for being interested in joining our team!  

    Due to the large number of applications submitted, we cannot reply to inquiries about the status of an application.
