Brighton Construction Schedule for June 15–26
Below is the anticipated schedule of work from June 15 to 26, 2026.
Brighton High School
Technology Suite:
- Heat Pump warranty items
- Painting touch-ups
- Lighting Installation – CAD room
Door 20 Addition:
- Punchlist work consisting of painting, floor base, and flooring.
Hallways and Pool Area:
- Drywall work
- Painting
Music Suite:
- Electrical rough-in
- Mechanical rough-in – ductwork
- Insulation
- Framing and Drywall
- Painting
Athletic Fields and New Entry Lane:
- Currently at standstill, will continue work once soil management plan is set in place
Boiler Room/MDP:
- Mechanical piping rough-in for boilers
- Electrical lighting install, fire devices, and exit signs
- Plumbing piping rough-in for boilers
Twelve Corners Middle School
STEAM Suite:
- Painting
- Electrical Work
Winton Road Entrance:
- Electrical Rough-In
Elevator:
- Camera Installation
- Inspections
French Road Elementary School
Bus Loop:
- Mobilization – Rerouting temporary bus loop traffic to main parking lot
- Excavation
- Milling of asphalt
- Closing off sidewalks on French Road
Freezer/Cooler Addition:
- Roofing Install
- Electrical rough-in
- Plumbing rough-in
Council Rock Primary School
- Dumpster and Material deliveries
- Setting up trailers with electrical
Please note that our schedules are always subject to change based on many factors and opportunities including manpower, material availability, and weather.
Brighton Central School District construction projects will follow the local Town of Brighton Construction Noise Ordinance Hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please anticipate that there may be varying loud noise between those hours to allow for construction to advance.
