Brighton Construction Schedule for May 26 – June 12
Below is the anticipated schedule of work from May 26 to June 12, 2026
Brighton High School
Technology Suite:
- Heat Pump warranty items
- Ductwork adjustments
- Painting touch-ups
- Lighting Installation – CAD room
Door 20 Addition:
- Punchlist work consisting of painting, floor base, and flooring.
Hallways & Pool Area:
- Drinking Fountain replacements
- Drywall work
- Painting
Music Suite:
- Electrical rough-in
- Mechanical rough-in – ductwork
- Insulation & Vapor Barrier
- Framing & Drywall
Athletic Fields and New Entry Lane:
- Currently at standstill, will continue work once soil management plan is set in place
Boiler Room/MDP:
- Mechanical piping rough-in for boilers
- Electrical wiring for boilers & pumps
- Electrical lighting install, fire devices, and exit signs
- Plumbing piping rough-in for boilers
Twelve Corners Middle School
STEAM Suite:
- Painting
- Electrical Work
Elevator:
- Camera Installation
- Inspections
French Road Elementary School
Main Lobby/Secure Vestibule:
- Painting touch-ups
Freezer/Cooler Addition:
- Exterior brick installation
- Steel installation
- Electrical rough-in
- Plumbing rough-in
Council Rock Primary School
No work at this time

Brighton Central School District construction projects will follow the local Town of Brighton Construction Noise Ordinance Hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please anticipate that there may be varying loud noise between those hours to allow for construction to advance.
