Brighton Police Department Sergeant Halpin and Officer Barcellos visited Twelve Corners Middle School to talk with all students about online safety. The presentations will help students navigate digital spaces safely — thinking before they post, protecting personal information, recognizing red flags and fake profiles, avoiding cyberbullying, and reaching out to the police or a trusted adult when something doesn’t feel right or they need help. The BPD urges families to remain vigilant and informed about the potential risks associated with internet use. Thank you to the Brighton Police for partnering with us in educating our students.
